5. Instructions: Complete all interviewing readings in your Skills Manual and refer to the interviewing Assignment Worksheet for structure. Using one of your resumes as the basis for the questions, respond to two open ended questions: “Tell me about yourself” and “Why do you want to work here or why are you interested in the position”?
Then write and respond to two behaviorally based questions and follow up with a closed ended question to confirm understanding or for clarification. Use your Problem Action Results ( PAR) from your resume for your responses following the steps in the Interview Assignment Worksheet as your guide. Close the meeting with a summary and next steps.
