Module Two project preparation, be it Penmen General Hospital or your own healthcare organization.
Use the diagram created in Module Two Project Preparation, incorporating instructor feedback, as the basis for this work. Note: You will use only the diagram from the Module Two Project Preparation. Use at least two scholarly, current (within the last five years) references to support your work.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
1. Trend: Summarize the key aspects of the selected trend.
2. Operations Diagram Elements: Expand on the diagram created previously to show the interrelationships between organizational operations, including resources, strategic planning, and processes of the selected organization and the trend.
3. Stakeholders Diagram Elements: Expand on the diagram created previously to show the interrelationships between the internal and external stakeholders of the selected organization and the trend.
4. Impact of Trend: Describe how the trend impacts the organization’s operations, processes, and strategic planning.
5. Stakeholders: Describe how the organizational stakeholders affect systems-level decisions for the trend.
6. Use of Evidence: Discuss the types of evidence that will be used to inform a systems-level change recommendation to address the trend.
7. Evaluation Methods: Explain the different methods that can be used to assess the recommendation’s effectiveness across the selected healthcare systems.
What to Submit
Submit your presentation and speaker notes in “Handout” format as a Word document. Submission should include 4 to 5 slides that follows APA Style standards. The title and reference pages are not included in the slide count. Sources should be cited according to APA style. Refer to the PowerPoint Speaker Notes Tutorial in the Supporting Materials section for a step-by-step guide on exporting Handouts.

COVID-19 Restrictions
We follow the guidelines set by CDC and NH DHHS for healthcare facilities. Wearing a mask is now optional while in this facility. If you have a fever or are experiencing respiratory symptoms or have been exposed to someone with a respiratory illness, please wear a mask.
Updates or policy changes will be noted when available.
GENERAL INFORMATION

INSURANCE
PGH accepts most health insurance plans, including Medicare/Medicaid. A list of approved health insurance plans are available at the registration desk. Please contact your personal health insurance provider for specific approvals.
VISITING HOURS
Family and friend support is an important part of healing for our patients. To maintain a safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff, visitors are screened prior to being allowed to visit.
• Hours: 12 Noon – 8 PM
• Limitations: Only 2 visitors per patient at a time.
• Pediatric patients may have one parent/guardian rooming in if all criteria are met.
• Visitors must stay with the patient being visited and may not visit other units or patients.


FOOD AND DRINKS
Visitors should not eat or drink in patient rooms. Food purchased in the cafeteria or from the vending machines should be consumed in the cafeteria.
